Founded in 2002, Broadoak Basements built its reputation on quality craftsmanship and exceptional service in basement conversions, loft transformations, timber treatments, and home remodelling across the North West.

In 2024, Thomas Barber acquired the assets of Broadoak Basements, integrating its operations into Barber Construction Ltd. This asset purchase combines Broadoak’s deep industry experience with Barber Construction’s broader expertise and resources.

Under Thomas Barber’s leadership as Managing Director, and with founder Jason Pennington continuing as Sales Director, we’re elevating our services whilst maintaining our core values. Our team offers the personalised attention of a local specialist, backed by the capabilities of a larger construction firm.
